This is something we girls should tell ourselves..
1) I don't have to be obliged to help anyone.I will help when and how I want to.
2) I will not be used for a cause in which they will only gain but not me.
3) I have the right to say No. And Yes.
4) I never do something that I felt I was being forced to do.
5) I will never give up doing something I love for anyone,or anything that happened.
6) I will not surrender unless there's no more effort left.
7)I will not be afraid of change.
8) I shall only apologize when I feel like I should.
